CMC Rescue
CMC Rescue Static-Pro Lifeline Rope, 7/16"
The CMC Rescue Static-Pro Lifeline Rope is an extremely low-stretch kernmantle rescue lifeline constructed of 100% high-tenacity polyester fiber.
The polyester fibers do not absorb water, so there is no loss of strength or increase in weight if the rope gets wet. With less than 2% stretch at 300 lbf, Static-Pro is an excellent choice for high lines, long rappels, and many mechanical advantage haul systems.
Polyester fiber ropes have better resistance to acids than nylon, which makes Static-Pro the preferred choice in acidic environments. Favored for its excellent hand, knotability and UV resistance, Static-Pro Lifelines come in solid colors with a single stripe to prevent confusion with CMC Lifeline and other solid color kernmantle ropes.
*Rope is sold by the foot. Please contact customer support for maximum length available.

Sewn-eye Terminations for Static-Pro Lifeline Rope:
Sewn-eye terminations offer several advantages over tied ends of rope.
The CMC Sewn-Eye Terminations use SecureStitch, a permanent solution that is consistently stronger, and less cumbersome than a knot, and allows for greater overall working-line strength. Sewn area is covered by durable, clear shrink tubing to allow regular inspections and helps protect the stitching for a longer life. Thimble is made of stainless steel.
- Add sewn-eye terminations to one or both ends of the CMC Static-Pro Lifeline Rope
- Sewn-eye terminations are UL classified as Manufacturer Supplied Eye Terminations.
