6" Class1 Liquid Filled Gauge

Class1 is a leading manufacturer of gauges that exceed the rigorous demands of fire service professionals.

Class1 Interlube filled pressure gauges with patented Sub-Z II freeze-proof isolator are a must for all fire apparatus. Because the stem and bourdon tube are filled and sealed with a low temperature liquid, water cannot enter the tube. This prevents freezing and subsequent damage to the gauge.

The fill fluid in the case dampens pulsations and vibration while eliminating the need for snubber valves. In addition, Interlube fill eliminates fogged lenses, rust and corrosion.

The demands of fire fighting professionals for accurate and reliable instrument readings have been met by thousands of Class1 freeze proof pressure gauges that are now in service and meet or exceed NFPA and ANSI standards.

Lighted Pressure Gauges:
The Class 1 series of liquid filled backlit pressure gauges use LEDs to light the liquid-filled gauges. The gauge case has been upgraded to isolate the LED light from the gauge. LED lights are independent of the gauge allowing for interchangeability color selection and easy field replacement.

Gauge Body Design:
The Class1 innovative body design for fire service gauges will make installation a simple operation. This case utilizes a unique spin-on ring to clamp the gauge into the pump panel.

The Class1 body design will also work if you need to replace an existing Class1 gauge. The hole cut outs are the standard Class1 sizes.
