VENTMASTER® K1 PACE Fire Rescue Cutoff Saw
The VENTMASTER® K1 PACE Fire Rescue Cutoff Saw is a high-performance battery-powered rescue saw designed for firefighting ventilation, forcible entry, and rescue operations. Built around the Husqvarna PACE battery platform, it delivers cutting power comparable to many gas-powered rescue saws while operating with reduced vibration and zero direct emissions.
Battery-Powered Rescue Saw Designed for Fire Service Operations
Battery-powered ventilation saws are increasingly used by fire departments for structural firefighting, overhaul work, and rescue situations where reliable cutting performance is required without the maintenance demands of traditional gas engines.
The VENTMASTER K1 PACE combines high blade speed, integrated torque management, and ergonomic balance to support controlled cutting in roof ventilation, vehicle rescue, and structural access scenarios.
High-Speed Cutting Performance
The saw operates at 11,640 ft/min blade speed, allowing firefighters to perform controlled cuts through roofing materials, structural components, and rescue obstacles when paired with compatible rescue blades.
The 14-inch blade platform provides up to 5.7 inches of cutting depth, supporting ventilation and access operations where deeper material penetration may be required.
Husqvarna PACE Battery Platform
The K1 PACE saw is powered by the Husqvarna PACE high-performance battery system, designed for professional cutting equipment.
A fully charged battery provides runtime comparable to a typical tank of fuel on many gas-powered rescue saws while enabling rapid recharging and reduced engine maintenance.
Operator Control and Stability
The centered blade design and balanced chassis help provide stability during cutting operations. Reduced vibration and optimized weight distribution are intended to support operator control during longer cuts.
Additional stabilization is provided by the Bottom Roller Assembly, which allows the saw to rest on a surface during extended cutting tasks.
Precision Cutting with KIS-360 Depth Gauge
The patented KIS-360™ Depth Gauge allows firefighters to set and maintain consistent cutting depths when performing ventilation cuts. This feature supports repeatable cutting patterns and improved control during roof operations.
The depth gauge kit includes mounting hardware and templates for installation.
Blade Safety and Stopping System
The X-HALT™ blade brake is designed to stop blade rotation rapidly when activated. This feature supports safer handling during emergency operations or unexpected tool movement.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
