The Council Tool 1.5 lb Hookaroon is a hand tool designed for gripping, moving, and repositioning wood, debris, and structural materials during fireground, overhaul, and cleanup operations. Its pointed pick head allows firefighters to hook and pull materials while maintaining distance from hazards.
