CMC Capto Rescue Device
CMC Capto Resuce Device (Rope Grab, Pulley, and Becket)
The CMC Capto Rescue Device is a groundbreaking tool that combines three essential components—a rope grab, high-efficiency pulley, and integrated becket—into one compact, intuitive system.
Designed for hauling, ascending, and technical rescue operations, Capto simplifies rigging, increases efficiency, and enhances safety.
At its core is the innovative force-limiting V-groove Cam, engineered to handle heavy rescue loads while providing overload protection to safeguard the rope system. Capto installs quickly on both tensioned and untensioned lines, is operable with one hand, and streamlines operations by replacing multiple devices with a single solution.
Available in gray (for 10.5–11 mm rope) and red (for 12.5–13 mm rope), the Capto is compact, versatile, and NFPA General Use certified, with the 11 mm model also meeting multiple EN standards. Whether used for technical rescue, rope access, or team-based operations, Capto empowers rescuers with a lightweight, efficient, and safer alternative to traditional pulley and grab systems.
