Bravest Rewards: How to Use Your Points

Step 1: Log in to your Firepenny account. If it’s your first order, create an account to start earning points.

Step 2: Once logged in, click Bravest Rewards in the navigation bar.

Step 3: Scroll down to Ways to Redeem and “clip” a coupon based on your available points.

Step 4: Scroll back up to view your Clipped Coupons. You’ll see available rewards at the top—check expiration dates if applicable.

Step 5: Need more points? Head to Ways to Earn and complete quick actions to boost your balance.

Step 6: After clipping a coupon, click Apply to use it at checkout—or enter the code manually.

Important: Some coupons cannot be combined with sitewide promotions or other discounts. Bravest Rewards is valid on the website only (not in the Firepenny app).

Step 7: Not ready to redeem? You can always save 5% every day in the Firepenny app—no coupon needed.

Sara Gerdes: Hi guys, this is Sara Gerdes. I'm the head of marketing for Firepenny Firefighter Equipment. Today I'm going to walk you through our brand new loyalty system, Bravest Rewards. We chose that name because our tagline is “equipping the bravest with the best,” and we love supporting firefighters.

Sara Gerdes: Here we are on the Firepenny homepage. I'm going to show you how to log in. The Bravest Rewards login is right at the top of the page. If you're looking to stretch your budget, earn perks, and save on the gear you already buy, this is for you.

Sara Gerdes: Before you start, you'll want to sign in or create a free account. Points are tracked automatically, but you need to be signed in to view and redeem them. You also earn perks just for creating an account.

Sara Gerdes: I recommend using one login per station or organization so all points stay in one place. The more points you earn, the better your discounts over time.

Dashboard

Sara Gerdes: Once logged in, this is your Bravest Rewards dashboard. Think of it as your command center for points, perks, and savings. You'll see your points balance, available rewards, and ways to earn more.

Sara Gerdes: We built this to be firefighter-friendly—clear, simple, and fast. No confusing math, no fine print.

Earning Points

Sara Gerdes: You earn one point for every dollar spent on everyday orders. During promotions, you may earn double or triple points. You can also earn points for actions like signing up, placing your first order, adding anniversary details, and following Firepenny on social media.

Sara Gerdes: If you're gearing up for your station, you might as well get rewarded for it. Always check for ways to earn extra before placing your next order.

Redeeming Rewards

Sara Gerdes: Redeeming points works just like using a coupon. Choose your reward, generate a code, and apply it at checkout. Points are deducted after you redeem them.

Referral Program

Sara Gerdes: The fastest way to earn is through referrals. For every firefighter or department you refer who places an order over $100, you both earn $20 in store credit, plus points based on their purchase.

Sara Gerdes: It's automatic—just share your link. With the cost of gear today, hitting that $100 threshold happens quickly.

PO / Net 30 Orders

Sara Gerdes: If you're paying online with a card or PayPal, points show up automatically. For purchase orders or Net 30 accounts, points appear once the order is marked paid in our system.

Sara Gerdes: You won't lose points—it's automatic based on our system. If something looks off, reach out and we'll help.

Sara Gerdes: You can call us or use chat. It's not a bot—it's a real person, usually Aaron, sitting right next to me.
